82000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 82000 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out here.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 82000 ("Platform," "we," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 82000.
By accessing or using the 82000 platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The 82000 platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Use by anyone below that age is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Account Creation and Information Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 82000 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior warning.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, a Malaysian phone number, and any other details needed for identity verification. 82000 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify your identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the 82000 support team. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their account information.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 82000 platform, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from carrying out or enabling any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform, including software bugs or payment system errors.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate the law.
- Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your true location in order to circumvent restrictions imposed by the platform.
- Disrupting the platform's operations or other users' experience by any means.
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of any account balance without compensation.
Payment, Deposit, and MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 82000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time. Users are responsible for checking the latest limits before making any transaction.
Accepted payment methods include internet banking transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and other major Malaysian banks), e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and any other methods listed on the platform at the relevant time. 82000 does not accept payments on behalf of third parties — all deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to successful identity verification and compliance with any applicable rollover requirements. 82000 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where there are signs of suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms. Any taxes or fees associated with transactions are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
The 82000 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform's availability and reliability at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays. 82000 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, betting outcomes, or any financial decisions made by users based on information available on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 82000 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 82000 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 82000.
Third-Party Links
The 82000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for user convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that 82000 endorses or takes responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it.
Account Policies, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
82000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any illegal activity. In certain circumstances, account closure may occur without prior notice. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these Terms are not entitled to claim any refund of remaining balance or compensation of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
82000 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 82000 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution procedure under the relevant jurisdiction.
